Before launching Schaffer Solutions, our founder, Johnathan Schaffer, spent over two decades within organizations, gaining insights that most consultants only access from the outside. He began his journey on the infrastructure side, consolidating network operations across a national footprint. Later, he transitioned into business transformation and strategy, spearheading workplace technology programs, real estate portfolio strategies, and enterprise platform implementations for Fortune 500 clients across four continents.

Throughout his career, he developed the Gap Assessment Framework, a structured methodology that aligns business requirements with technology solutions. This framework has become the cornerstone of our vendor-neutral advisory approach, applied across global consulting engagements, real estate technology deployments, and enterprise transformation programs. It consistently yields results because it prioritizes the business problem over the technology product.
